In 1999 he moved to the san jose, california office where he served as partner in the software and internet practice. He brings to the business strategic vision, strong execution skills, deep industry relationships, an extensive partner and channel management capability, a disciplined lead development and sales management program, and a proven track-record of success across many of the largest and most complex, global customer environments.

Prior to joining magnitude, craig spent five years at mirantis, inc., a leading open source cloud computing company, where he served in senior executive leadership roles responsible for worldwide sales. During craig’s tenure, mirantis grew annual recurring revenues 540%, dramatically expanding the company’s product-based and partner-led revenue mix. Alongside that dramatic growth, he developed highly strategic, long-term customer relationships with the likes of AT&T, apple, directtv, verizon, wells fargo, ericsson, vodafone, reliance jio, telstra, and many others.

Previously, craig spent 16 years with dell, serving in various senior marketing and sales leadership roles in austin and in the bay area: he led the $500M+ large enterprise sales organization based in san francisco, and founded and served as global practice director for dell’s $2B+ worldwide web & tech vertical.

Fred leads the magnitude productivity business, driving solution vision, business strategy, product and service execution, growth and customer engagement for magnitude’s every angle and innowera companies. With a leadership career spanning decades of general management responsibility and both organic and acquisitive growth, fred brings to magnitude a variety of specialties including building and facilitating change for rapid-growth technology and technology-intensive services companies, business and IT alignment, and mergers and acquisitions.

Fred joined the magnitude team by way of acquisition of every angle, where he led the company’s international expansion starting in 2012. He continues to lead the every angle magnitude subsidiary as general manager of magnitude’s productivity business. Prior to his role as CEO of every angle, fred was CEO of qurius, a pan-european operating IT company and a co-founder of magnus holding NV, an SAP-implementation service company. Fred began his career as a management consultant for a worldwide operating consulting firm.

Leveraging 20+ years of transformational marketing experience, karen fuels magnitude’s corporate and existing portfolio marketing, collaborating to maximize the company’s business strategy while also supporting integration of acquired products and services.

Karen has served on leadership teams of public and private companies of all sizes, transforming marketing functions and generating both tangible and intangible value. Most recently at plumchoice, she and her team repositioned the brand and metamorphosed the marketing function in support of the company’s pivot from IT support provider to leader in the cloud services and internet of things spaces.
