DIETARY COOK – Full time, benefited position available. This position starts at $13/hour, but may vary depending upon experience. The following are some of the position responsibilities and duties: prepares and provides wholesome, quality food products for patient services by following recipes and standards, and serves at appropriate temperatures; tests foods being cooked, and adjusts heat controls and timers on stoves, ovens and grills; reviews menus and work orders to determine type and quantities of meats, vegetables, soups, salads and desserts to be prepared; washes and sanitizes appliances used in food preparation. Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: CA Food Handler’s Permit is required; six months to one (1) year related experience and/or training is strongly preferred.

Emergency Room Technician: Full time, benefited position available on NOC shift. Some of the job duties and requirements are as follows: assists the Medical Staff, Registered Nurse or other Emergency personnel as needed, maintains accurate documentation of information as required, understands and is able to provide quality patient care to Emergency Room patients, perform CPR as needed, observe and report changes in patient status to provide assistance in determining level of acuity, assures that the Emergency Room is appropriately stocked with supplies; BLS certification is required, emergency response training and/or emergency room experience is strongly preferred.

Clinical Laboratory Scientist: Full time, benefited position available. Must have current CA CLS license and willing to work evenings and/or weekends and be available for a flexible schedule. We are seeking a candidate with experience in a hospital laboratory and is able to perform the essential functions of a generalist. Ability to work within a team environment, demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are required. This position is required to share on-call shifts with co-workers.

Registered Nurse: Multiple f ull time, benefited positions available. what is my education level Must have current CA RN license in good standing, BLS, ACLS, required; PALS and NRP preferred, but not required. Job duties include but are not limited to obtaining and promptly documenting weight, vital signs, oximetry and admission assessments as assigned, ensures that adequate nutritional and fluid intake is provided, provides daily hygiene and grooming to patients, as well as assisting the licensed nurses with other patient care needs within their scope of practice. Physical Therapist Assistant: Full time, benefited position available. Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program and/or has been approved by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the State Board of Medical Quality Assurance. Two (2) years’ experience in inpatient or outpatient treatment is preferred.

We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and leadership skills to perform the following functions; plans, develops, implements and evaluates patient/resident care, personnel and fiscal management systems in conjunction with Administration, Patient Services and other department directors; coordinates and participates with various employee groups and teams, continuous quality assurance and CQI and compliance activities; maintains policy and procedure manual following Title 22 and OBRA(CMS) guidelines for this area. CMA Requirements: Graduation from an accredited program for Certified Medical Assistants preferred. Successful completion of a national certification exam for medical assistants in CA is required, as is CPR certification. LVN Requirements: successful completion of an accredited vocational nursing program and Current, clear California Vocational Nurse License is required, as is CPR certification Experience in a fast paced out-patient primary clinic preferred.

Some of the job duties are as follows: Responsible for patient flow from waiting area to exam rooms, rooming patients in a timely manner, adhering to schedule as much as possible; Measure and record vital signs; Reconcile medications, allergies etc.; Completes necessary paperwork, if any, for the exam (CHDP forms, BCEDP, Family Pact, etc.); Preparing and administering medications with physician’s authorizations; Change dressings, applying bandages, removing sutures and other first aid procedures.

Physician: Full time benefited position available. This position will provide primary care as per the collaborative agreement/protocols on file in the RHC and according to the policies and procedures of the health clinic. We are looking for a candidate that will practice within the scope of practice as delineated by the practitioner’s education, experience and policies of the clinic; comply with all appropriate requirements for clinic quality assurance and certification. Maintaining licensure and/or board certification is required as is having clear verbal and written communication skills. education o level Further requirements are as follows: Successful completion of an accredited medical school, internship and residency programs in the area of Family Practice and a current CPR certification.
