The Performance Reporting Analyst is a key member of the Data Transformation and Reporting Team within UPP. The team are responsible for providing the critical enabling function which facilitates UPP’s analytic, planning and performance activities, and those of the and Strategy and Governance portfolio.

If you are an experienced interactive visualisation and report developer with: a proactive approach to understanding key business drivers; an ability to identify opportunities for service improvement or enhancement; with an ability to develop tailored reports to meet a broad spectrum of business requirements from a wide range of stakeholders; and an enthusiasm for working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation – then this could be the role for you.

You will be a subject matter expert regarding the University’s performance, delivering end-to-end interactive reporting products including: proactively identify opportunities and emerging information needs, conceptualizing, prototyping and operationalising reports, in visual and tabular formats, and delivering reliable, accurate, timely and carefully constructed performance-related insights to various key stakeholders across the organisation via enterprise-grade Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.

To achieve this, you will use contemporary data sourcing and integration (conception, exploratory data discovery, modelling, advanced transformation, cleaning) techniques to produce appropriate and accurate data for reporting purposes, proactively researching and identifying trends and drivers of University performance, anticipating change, estimating impact and identifying opportunities for process improvement, and delivery of interactive reporting products to inform and enable analysis, decision making and planning to support the University’s strategic goals.

You will develop and sustain a deep understanding of the Universities operations, profile and institutional performance. Reporting to the Performance Reporting Lead you will actively collaborate with colleagues within UPS and across the institution.

The Evaluation and Strategic Projects Manager will work closely with the Pro Vice Chancellor Engagement and the Research Engagement Manager, to ensure the timely and effective delivery of a range of community engagement and mission related research and international projects. This position will liaise extensively with internal stakeholders, ACU’s community partners and other organisations that collaborate with ACU Engagement.
