The Lead Manager – RJRT Manufacturing is responsible for managing various processes within the manufacturing environment that support the Company’s vision and mission. This role includes responsibilities for managing production associates and/or maintenance personnel to meet production requirements, achieve cost and quality targets, and maintain a high level of employee engagement.

• Ensures all programs reflect thorough application / understanding of policies, procedures and corporate & regulatory standards. • Provides leadership to direct reports, contractors and third parties to meet manufacturing goals and support strategic direction of function. • High School diploma or G.E.D. required and 7+ years progressive work experience; or Associates Degree in Technical, Business, Management or related field and 6+ years progressive work experience; or Bachelor’s Degree in Technical, Business, Management, or related field and 5+ years progressive experience.
