The human resources business partner (“HRBP”) works with business leaders to build leadership and organizational capability and culture to enable the business unit to achieve its objectives. Working in partnership with the VP, human resources and other business leaders, s/he will help transform the functional area(s) by generating insights, identifying needs, translating those insights/needs into requirements for the right HR solutions, co-developing solutions, and implementing/delivering the solutions.
